I'm currently working with a well-established London Fin Tech wealth-management Saa S business, who are looking for a
Machine Learning expert with strong leadership experience to join their growing team on a hybrid basis.
This award-winning business supports global Fin Tech clients with cloud management, CRM solutions, productivity platforms and the ongoing development and scaling of their technology architecture.
In this newly created role, you will head up the Data Science/Machine Learning team and take ownership of driving the adoption and implementation of AI across the business.
This will include integrating AI/ML capabilities into their core Saa S products, which are used by a range of wealth management firms, banks and Fin Tech organisations globally.

The Role - Head of Machine Learning
- Lead a small team of Data Scientists, with the role being predominantly technical alongside some people management.
- Drive the integration of ML and AI across the company's core Saa S products.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented effectively.
- Take ownership of the company's growing AI/ML strategy and help shape how these technologies are used across the business.
- Newly created position offering significant scope to grow and progress as the AI/ML function develops.
- Tech Requirements
- Strong background in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, Data Engineering and Saa S environments.
- Experience leading technical teams, including some people management responsibility.
- Strong experience working with NLP, LLMs and other modern AI/ML solutions.
- Strong technical background across Data, Development and Cloud, ideally with Python and Azure.
- Previous experience taking ML/AI solutions from development through to implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must have recent experience within Fin Tech or Financial Services, ideally working with technology businesses, wealth management or banking clients.
