  • Support the delivery of PoCs, trials, demonstrations and R&D/innovation programmes.
  • Work closely with Project and Programme Management to ensure technical delivery remains aligned with scope, schedule, resources and commercial objectives.
  • Represent the technical function in senior customer meetings, workshops and solution discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience within Telecoms, Network Engineering, Technical Delivery, Systems Integration or a closely related environment.

  • Strong multi-vendor integration and technical problem-solving experience.
  • Experience leading and influencing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at both technical and senior leadership level.
  • Strong commercial and delivery awareness, with the ability to balance technical priorities against project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Experience with major telecom vendors such as Ericsson is advantageous, although multi-vendor experience is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to technical proposals, Statements of Work, PoCs, demonstrations and solution development.
  • Ability to turn complex customer requirements into practical, deliverable technical solutions.
