IAM Service Lead | Up to £100,000 + 5% BonusI'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.?? UK-wide - based from nearest base location?? Up to £100K + 5% bonus?? BPSS clearance required???? Must be UK-basedThe roleYou'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement .
Key responsibilities include:
IAM Service Design and Target Operating ModelLeading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowingKPI/SLA management and reportingStakeholder, risk and issue managementDriving continuous service improvementWhat we're looking forStrong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment , with a broad understanding of: IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKIExperience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.
You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.
