They are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy for their UK College Division.
Role Summary
As the CMO, you will oversee and develop comprehensive marketing, branding, performance, and PR strategies to grow multiple brands within the UK College portfolio. Your role will focus on driving revenue generation, brand awareness, and market competitiveness through innovative campaigns and initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives while leading a high-performing marketing and sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, focusing on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
