We're looking for AWS Cloud Native DevOps Engineers who are passionate about building secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms. You'll work on mission-critical programmes, helping organisations modernise their cloud infrastructure through automation, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps best practices. This is an opportunity to work within high-performing engineering teams delivering secure AWS solutions in complex environments where reliability, security, and performance are essential.
About The Role:
- Design, build, and manage secure, scalable AWS cloud environments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes through scripting.
- Troubleshoot and optimise cloud infrastructure and deployments.
- Apply cloud security best practices, including Zero Trust principles.
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging cloud and DevOps technologies.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience deploying and managing AWS infrastructure within secure or regulated environments.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of AWS networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, and security groups.
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and Zero Trust security models.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud and platform technologies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to hold active Security Check (SC) clearance.
