At our Peterborough site, we lead the engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing of industrial engines up to 7 litres. These engines serve a wide variety of applications and are known for their performance, quality, and reliability. As a Design Engineer in the Component Engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable air and fuel system components - from concept through to production. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to lead design projects, work with a cross-functional team, and collaborate globally to deliver world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver component development projects within time, cost, and quality targets
  • Lead and participate in design reviews to gain business support and approval

What You Will Need to Succeed
