BMS Service Engineer Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Day rate: £300 per day Location: London Responsibilities Service and maintain a range of control systems (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline). Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and small-scale projects. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests. Conduct system checks and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects efficiently. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities. Participate in training and remain up to date with industry standards and developments. Qualifications Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following systems: Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline. Skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
