Overview
Join as an Oracle EPM Reconciliation Consultant – ARCS – BPL.
You will take ownership of EPM solutions post-implementation and ensure effective BAU operations.
The role requires extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and preferably EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service), with the ability to operate independently following vendor handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support, including issue resolution, user support, and system maintenance of ARCS modules.
- Monitor system performance, data loads, and reconciliation processes to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Manage and support period-end activities (reconciliations, close, planning cycles).
- Implement minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot data, integration, and process issues across EPM applications.
- Required qualifications / essential skills
- Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials integration with ARCS (configuration, support, enhancements).
- Preferred / additional skills
- Experience with EPM Modules EPBCS (configuration, support, enhancements).
- Ability to assess risk and controls, drive transformation, and apply strategic thinking related to digital and technology skills.

The successful candidate will be based in London.
Our offices are located at 1 Churchill Place and 7 Westferry Circus.
We support a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week office-based presence expected.
