Purpose of the Role

To establish and nurture profitable relationships with both corporate and individual clients, bridging the bank’s offerings and clients’ needs to ensure mutual benefit and long‑term success.

Accountabilities

  • Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance.
  • Analyze data from investment portfolios, cash flow, and other sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Design customised solutions addressing clients’ specific needs, incorporating a range of bank products and services.
  • Communicate value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to both client and bank.
  • Provide guidance and expert investment advice to support clients’ financial decisions, risk‑management, and wealth‑management strategies.
  • Assess financial, legal, and operational risks related to client relationships and implement measures to minimise potential losses.
  • Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements to ensure transparency and auditability.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship‑management effectiveness.
