Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to senior executives, including development and execution of multi‑year business strategy, research and analysis.
- Manage colleague engagement planning and communication channels to ensure coordination across departments.
- Lead key projects and strategic initiatives, monitor progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
- Improve operational efficiency, identify process improvements and implement best practices.

- Strong organisational and delivery discipline: manage multiple workstreams, maintain trackers and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, large datasets and building MI packs and dashboards.
