Chief of Staff Office Analyst – supports senior executives by ensuring decisions, actions and outcomes are clearly defined, tracked and executed. Key responsibilities include governance, leadership priorities and day‑to‑day operational rhythm of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to senior executives, including development and execution of multi‑year business strategy, research and analysis.
  • Manage colleague engagement planning and communication channels to ensure coordination across departments.
  • Lead key projects and strategic initiatives, monitor progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Improve operational efficiency, identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Develop performance reporting for key metrics aligned with division objectives and external commitments.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and monitor financial performance.
  • Support resourcing and talent development: plan and forecast, partner with HR on succession planning and high‑potential identification.
  • Provide risk and control oversight, escalation, crisis management, business continuity and contingency planning.
  • Implement robust governance framework: prepare board materials, organise meetings, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare materials for leadership discussions, maintain action/decision tracking logs and build management information.
  • Act as central connector across teams to resolve dependencies and progress priorities.

  • Strong knowledge of management information & reporting (KPIs/OKRs), building and maintaining dashboards, packs and action logs.
  • Background in analyst, PMO, strategy, COO, business management, secretariat or governance support role.
  • Strong organisational and delivery discipline: manage multiple workstreams, maintain trackers and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management – engage senior stakeholders, coordinate across a matrix and challenge inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, large datasets and building MI packs and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting planning cycles and performance systems (quarterly reviews, OKRs/KPIs, benefits tracking).
  • Familiarity with commercial analysis (pricing, cost‑to‑serve, unit economics) and partnership governance / third‑party risk concepts.
  • Experience in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of risk and controls, change & transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital/technology relevant to the role.
  • Relevant experience in payments, fintech, banking or platform‑led business is highly valued.
