IT Support Technician needed for a permanent position based in Norwich (Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally March/April 2025.

Key skills, experience + tasks include:
- Supporting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT networks, Windows Server and Desktop technical environments.
- Strong IT trouble-shooting, diagnosis + IT problem resolution to 2nd line level.
- Configuring, setting up + supporting small/medium sized IT networks
- Project based work including IT deployments, migrations + upgrades.
- Experience with IT Managed Services (MSP) outsourced companies preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
