As the 80 DAYS team continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate looking to build a career in marketing, sales, and client services within a fast-paced agency environment. The role sits within the Sales & Marketing team, responding to sales enquiries and developing new business opportunities. It offers structured on-the-job training, mentoring, and strong opportunities for progression as 80 DAYS grows.
Permanent Role, Edinburgh
The responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Executive include:
- Responding to sales enquiries
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities, including co-ordinating input from departments across the business
- Compiling client case studies and testimonials to support sales collateral
- Supporting sales pitches and presentations
- Maintaining sales team systems & CRM data
- Content creation for email / CRM marketing
- Maintaining and updating content on the 80 DAYS website
- Monitoring campaign performance and collating basic performance report
- Preparation of contracts and work agreements for new customers
- Working with the finance team to set up billing for new customers
- Maintaining organised filing systems for Sales & Marketing documentation
- Supporting Sales & Marketing teams at events & conferences
Skills & Experience
- Excellent inter-personnel & communication skills
- Strong organisation skills, with an aptitude for multi-tasking and managing various priorities
- A good understanding of Microsoft office packages
- Experience & knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.
- A degree in marketing- or business-related subject
- Demonstrably commercially-minded
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working within the luxury travel sector and/or a digital marketing agency
- Experience & knowledge of managing creative projects such as branding, design and website development
- A working knowledge of Google Analytics, with a Google Analytics Individual Qualification being an added bonus
- Driving licence
Location
The role is to be based in 80 DAYS’ head office in Edinburgh city centre, with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle. The role will include regular opportunities for overseas travel for meetings.
