80 DAYS is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role across a range of design projects, from Brand Identity to Website Design and Digital Advertising Campaigns. We're particularly interested in candidates with strong digital design skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Website Design
- Work alongside our Design Director and UX Designer to create website design concepts and page templates.
- Design beautiful websites in keeping with client brand guidelines and built with commercial goals in mind.
- Design website pages with a consistent style and keen attention-to-detail.
- Continue to evolve and upgrade websites' design to meet changing business requirements.
- Create designs that will work across multiple devices and platforms, adapting to updating technology when needed.
- Campaign Creatives
- Design creative assets for use across online advertising channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Design ads that will capture user attention and provide a consistent and seamless user experience in conjunction with the brand, website and booking platforms.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animation and video into advertising assets.
- Brand Identity
- Help to develop Brand visual identities, from concept to execution.
- Support in the production of Brand Guidelines, that others may then use to ensure Brand identity is carried through every element of design and marketing materials.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in digital design role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI design.
- Strong appreciation of UX best practice and user-centred design methodologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies and the constraints of front-end development (HTML, CSS and CMS platforms), enabling effective collaboration with developers.
- Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Expertise with modern design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
- Confident, proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience and track record working with high-end luxury brands and businesses.
- Experience working with hotel, travel and hospitality industries.
- Track record working with both well-established and disruptor brands.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to create design that not only looks great but delivers measurable results.
- Knowledge of various website content management systems, but particularly Umbraco.
- Understanding of multi-variant testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques & tools.
- Understanding of website accessibility and data compliance regulations.
- Experience working with task management platforms such as Clickup, Slack, Asana, etc.
- Experience / openness to adopting AI into creative workflows where appropriate.

- Salary DOE
- Hybrid/flexible working - In the office 2-3 days/week for team meetings & collaborations.
