We are “8 Mile Solution” and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Manager to oversee our network infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance, security, and reliability. This critical role involves managing all aspects of our network, from design and implementation to maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in networking, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a robust and secure network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain our global network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures, implementing measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
- Manage network hardware and software, including configuration, upgrades, and patching.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity, performance, and security problems.
- Oversee network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including cybersecurity, systems, and application development, to ensure seamless integration and support for business operations.
- Manage vendor relationships for network hardware, software, and services.
- Develop and manage the network budget, optimizing spend for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:
