About The Role

As a Residential (or Senior) Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your dedication will help improve outcomes for these individuals, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

We Are Looking For Colleagues Who Are:

  • Experienced working with children and young people
  • Level 3 qualified in residential care or willing to work towards the qualification
  • Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
