About Brunswick Organic Nursery – A registered charity based in Bishopthorpe, York. We provide a supportive, productive and rewarding workplace for adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to build skills, confidence and independence through meaningful work.
The Role involves recruiting Relief Cover Staff to support our teams during staff absences such as holidays, training and sickness. You will lead small groups or provide one‑to‑one support, creating a safe, positive and engaging environment where individuals can learn, develop and thrive.
