From their busy Wolverhampton branch, they provide a wide variety of industry-leading solutions, including specialist fixings, sealants, PPE, janitorial supplies, and diamond blades. Their hire division covers everything from plant and tool hire to portable toilets, non-mechanical equipment, and complete site welfare services.

The Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Hire Desk Controller to join a busy Wolverhampton branch. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with full training provided. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering top-notch advice and support for their hire and sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate pricing and equipment information
  • Prepare quotations in collaboration with the Hire Manager
  • Open and close hire contracts using the Insphire Hire System (training provided)
  • Upsell relevant hire services and products to customers
  • Place supplier orders for parts and consumables
