Featuring striking original features and a contemporary industrial style, it hosts weddings, corporate events and creative shoots for clients looking for something a little different. The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to become the heartbeat of their busy London events venue. This hands-on role is central to delivering seamless events from initial enquiry through to final guest departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from booking through to live event delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinate suppliers, caterers, production teams and venue staff
- Oversee event logistics, timelines, turnarounds and order-of-the-day planning
- Be a calm, professional presence on event days, solving issues proactively
- Support bar operations, guest experience and venue flow
- Set up and support photographic shoots and creative clients
- Maintain accurate systems, schedules and communications
- Collaborate with the wider venue group to share best practice
