This is a full-time, public-facing Kiosk Adviser position based in the front entrance areas of supermarkets. You will represent our client's brand at a professional promotional kiosk, welcoming customers as they enter and exit the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly, confident and professional manner
- Engage shoppers in high-footfall supermarket foyer environments
- Distribute promotional giveaways
- Briefly explain our offer and services
- Book customer appointments accurately and efficiently
- Collect and input customer details using an iPad system
- Maintain a smart, organised and professional kiosk presentation
- Travel between supermarket locations across Chelmsford and the South East
- Assist with transporting kiosk materials where required
- Driving is essential, as you will travel between venues and support the setup and movement of promotional equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
- This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in supermarket foyer promotions, charity fundraising or other high-volume, face-to-face customer engagement roles.
- Proven experience in a supermarket foyer, charity collection or similar public-facing promotional role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
