Our client is a successful and well-established commercial property company based in Banbury, specialising in short-term commercial lettings and charity property lettings across the UK. Their unique business model helps charities and not-for-profit organisations access vacant commercial property, while supporting landlords in maximising property usage.
The Role
- You will oversee the day-to-day running of the department, manage a small team and liaise with landlords, commercial agents and charities across the UK.
- Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and vacant commercial property.
- Visit clients' properties throughout the UK.
- Liaise with charities / not-for-profit organisations to discuss their commercial property needs.
- Liaise with property management companies and commercial agents.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with charities and clients to instil confidence and foster long-term partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for a confident, organised and approachable individual who can lead by example while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Property experience is not needed; however, good office administration skills are required.
- Professional communication skills required, both written and verbal.
- Approachable, friendly and helpful.
- Attention to detail is key, as well as a self-starting nature.
- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- A confident telephone manner and previous telephone experience.
- Competent in MS Office.
