At 7xContent, we help creators and companies build standout podcasts and content-led brands that people actually watch. We’re now hiring a videographer to support our next phase of growth—with a hands-on role across our own show Creator Playbooks, vlog-style YouTube content, and premium podcast client shoots.
We work with some of the best in the game:
- ️ The High Performance Podcast (leading sports & entertainment podcast)
- ️ Ramit Sethi\’s I Will Teach You To Be Rich (leading personal finance podcast)
- Our own original show Creator Playbooks, where we share what works in content-led marketing
This is an exciting opportunity to own the video production for Creator Playbooks and help shape how we show up on YouTube, while also gaining experience on client podcast shoots.
In a Typical Week, You Will:
- Shoot and edit episodes of Creator Playbooks (in-person podcast + vlog-style b-roll)
- Capture vlog-style behind-the-scenes or thought leadership content with Callum (founder/host)
- Support our producers on premium client podcast shoots (camera setup, lighting, audio)
- Collaborate with our creative team on titles, thumbnails, and story moments
- Deliver clean footage and/or finished edits depending on scope
We’re Looking For:
You’re a videography and storytelling obsessive who:
- Can shoot crisp, well-lit video with great framing and audio
- Has experience filming talking-heads, podcasts, or YouTube content
- Can think visually for vlogs, founder-led storytelling, or BTS-style edits
- Is confident working solo or in a lean team setup
- Is organised, dependable, and loves making things that perform online
Bonus Points For:
- Owning or having access to your own gear (camera, lights, audio)
- Experience editing Long form and short-form video (Adobe Premiere / Final Cut)
- Experience working on YouTube-first shows (e.g. Behind The Diary, Ali Abdaal, George Heaton)
- Being comfortable filming on the fly (vlogs, walking shots, informal setups)
This Role Would Suit:
- Someone who wants to own the visual output of a new content brand
- A self-starter who loves filming fast, high-quality content
- A YouTube, podcast and storytelling fan who wants to build something meaningful
- Someone who thrives in a small, agile team with big creative goals
- Open to freelancers or full-time candidates
