You’ll be shaping content that genuinely matters to its listeners. This is not a passive role – we want someone who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the show.
In a Typical Week, You Will:
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of podcast episodes
- Help generate strong episode ideas, hooks, and briefs relevant to women’s health topics
- Assist in shaping episode structure, pacing, and narrative
- Brief editors clearly on edits, trailers, and short‑form clips
- Review edits and provide clear, high‑quality feedback
- Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging ideas
- Repurpose episode content for social media across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Track episode performance and help identify improvements week‑on‑week
- Coordinate logistics for occasional on‑site shoots and recordings in London
The Ideal Candidate
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Whether you’ve worked in podcasting before or you’re a social media manager ready to make the leap into podcast production – if you care deeply about women’s health and great content, we want to hear from you.
You are someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for women’s health, wellness, and the conversations that matter to women
- Is obsessed with podcasts and content – you listen widely, think critically, and always notice what makes a great episode
- Has experience in social media management, content creation, or podcast production (we welcome both)
- Understands what drives performance on YouTube, Spotify, and social platforms
- Has strong editorial instincts – you know a good hook when you hear one
- Is highly organised, reliable, and strong at prioritisation
- Is proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑focused
- Is a clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with clients and creatives alike
- Is comfortable being data‑literate and reviewing basic analytics
- Is based in or able to travel to London for a few shoot/on‑site days per month
You don’t need years of podcast experience – but you do need to care about the subject matter and be hungry to learn.
Salary band: £24,000‑£32,000 (depending on experience and impact)
25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
Primarily remote with a few days per month on‑site in London for shoots and meetings
Quarterly in‑person team meetups
Full time role, open to both employee or contractor applicants
High ownership, high trust, and real progression for strong performers
Opportunity to grow with a show tackling topics that genuinely impact women’s lives
