About the Job

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves video editing and is passionate about women’s health, wellness, and the kind of content that genuinely moves people.

We work with:

  • The High Performance Podcast (leading personal development podcast)
  • Ramit Sethi - Money for Couples (leading personal finance creator)
  • Man Alive with Dr Jeff Foster (leading male health podcast)
  • Multiple leading brand and creator podcasts we can’t talk about

You’ll be crafting edits that are seen by hundreds of thousands - and often millions - of people. This is not a passive role. We want someone hungry to push the podcast video medium forward and make the show better every single week.

In a Typical Week, You Will:

  • Deliver a full-length podcast video edit (approx. 1 hour) formatted for YouTube and Spotify
  • Edit a punchy 1-minute trailer designed to perform on social media
  • Cut short-form clips optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Apply colour grading, sound design, and subtitling to a consistently high standard
  • Contribute suggested titles and thumbnail direction for YouTube
  • Collaborate closely with the podcast producer on episode narrative and pacing
  • Attend occasional in-person podcast shoots and meetings in London (a few days per month)
  • Track how your edits perform and iterate week-on-week based on data

The Ideal Candidate

We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds. Whether you have professional podcast or YouTube editing experience, or you’re a video content creator ready to step into a more structured production role - we want to hear from you.

You are someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for podcasts and the podcasting world
  • Is obsessed with great video content - you watch widely, edit critically, and always notice what makes a clip stop the scroll
  • Has strong video editing proficiency, including colour grading, subtitling, and sound mixing
  • Is comfortable working in the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects a strong plus)
  • Understands hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques that capture and retain attention
  • Can create highly engaging trailers and short-form clips that feel native to each platform
  • Is highly organised, reliable, and able to manage their own workflow with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Is a clear and proactive communicator - comfortable working alongside producers and clients
  • Has access to a powerful laptop or workstation capable of handling 4K video editing
  • Has super fast internet and a solid home editing setup
  • Videography or podcast recording experience is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your passion for the subject, the quality of your edits, and your drive to keep improving.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary band: £24,000-£30,000 (depending on experience and impact)
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays + an extra day for every year of service
  • A day off on your birthday
  • A day off each year to volunteer for a cause
  • Sick pay
  • WFH budget
  • Co-working allowances
  • Remote-first & flexible working
  • Quarterly in-person team meetups
  • Full time role, open to both employee or contractor applicants
  • High ownership, high trust, and real progression for strong performers
  • Opportunity to work on shows with real reach and influence
