We’re looking for someone who loves podcasts, personal brands, and creative marketing. This is a hybrid role that splits your time 50/50 between owning the marketing strategy for Callum’s personal brand and 7X Content’s marketing funnel, and leading production on our founder’s podcast, Creator Playbooks.
What you’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’re obsessed with content and podcasts
- You understand what makes people stop scrolling and actually watch or listen
- You’re a creative thinker and a strategic marketer
- You can amplify a founder’s vision, making it bigger, clearer, and more impactful
What you’ll do (Podcast side):
- Own the strategy and production of Creator Playbooks
- Plan and brief episodes, book guests, working closely with Callum (host)
- Write YouTube‑optimised titles, thumbnails & hooks
- Collaborate with editors and designers to create best‑in‑class episodes, trailers, and social clips
- Drive episode performance using analytics, feedback loops, and constant testing
- Manage publishing across YouTube, Spotify, Apple, etc.
- Engage the podcast audience: comments, community, feedback, lead magnets
What you’ll do (Marketing side):
- Grow Callum’s personal brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and email
- Turn podcast and founder IP into compelling social content
- Write high‑converting emails, carousels, threads, and short‑form scripts
- Manage the 7xContent website and SEO strategy (with external support)
- Optimise lead magnets and funnel performance, track conversions
- Manage the content calendar and drive consistency
- Help shape and communicate the 7xContent brand story
Critical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and social platforms
- Strong creative judgement: you know what hits and what flops
- Ability to write fast, smart and in voice
- Confident briefing editors/designers and giving sharp feedback
- Experience managing a content or podcast calendar
- Can track performance and iterate quickly
We’ll get on if you:
- Default to action, not excuses
- Are relentlessly resourceful and proactive
- Obsess over craft, but care even more about outcomes
- Can manage and prioritise multiple moving parts
- Love to experiment, tweak, test and learn
- Want to grow with a business on a mission
