We're looking for a Social Podcast Producer to join the team on an exciting women's health podcast. This is a handsâon, creative role for someone who is passionate about women's health and wellness, and who wants to grow in the podcast and content space.
You will be shaping content that genuinely matters to its listeners. This is not a passive role â we want someone who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the show.
In a Typical Week, You Will:
- Support the endâtoâend delivery of podcast episodes
- Help generate strong episode ideas, hooks, and briefs relevant to women's health topics
- Assist in shaping episode structure, pacing, and narrative
- Brief editors clearly on edits, trailers, and shortâform clips
- Review edits and provide clear, highâquality feedback
- Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging ideas
- Repurpose episode content for social media across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Track episode performance and help identify improvements weekâonâweek
- Coordinate logistics for occasional onâsite shoots and recordings in London
The Ideal Candidate:

You are someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for women's health, wellness, and the conversations that matter to women
- Is obsessed with podcasts and content â you listen widely, think critically, and always notice what makes a great episode
- Has experience in social media management, content creation, or podcast production (we welcome both)
- Understands what drives performance on YouTube, Spotify, and social platforms
- Has strong editorial instincts â you know a good hook when you hear one
- Is highly organised, reliable, and strong at prioritisation
- Is proactive, resourceful, and solutionsâfocused
- Is a clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with clients and creatives alike
- Is comfortable being dataâliterate and reviewing basic analytics
- Is based in or able to travel to London for a few shoot/onâsite days per month
You don't need years of podcast experience â but you do need to care about the subject matter and be hungry to learn.
Salary band: ÂŁ24,000âÂŁ32,000 (depending on experience and impact)
25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
Primarily remote with a few days per month onâsite in London for shoots and meetings
Quarterly inâperson team meetups
Full time role, open to both employee or contractor applicants
