You’ll be shaping shows that are seen by hundreds of thousands - and often millions - of people.
The Opportunity
In a typical week, you will:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of 1 podcast episode
- Generate strong episode ideas, hooks, and briefs
- Shape episode structure, pacing, and narrative
- Brief editors clearly on edits, trailers, and clips
- Review edits and give decisive, high-quality feedback
- Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging ideas
- Track performance and suggest improvements week-on-week
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients on your shows, communicating clearly, confidently, and proactively
The Ideal Candidate
Is genuinely podcast and content obsessed
- Has strong editorial taste and instinct
- Understands what drives performance on YouTube, Spotify, and social
- Is data-literate and comfortable reviewing analytics
- Is highly organised and strong at prioritisation
- Can manage 1–2 clients without dropping standards
- Defaults to believing problems are solvable
- Is proactive, resourceful, and decisive
- Is a clear and confident communicator
- Is comfortable managing client relationships and expectations
