- Write YouTubeâoptimised titles, thumbnails & hooks
- Collaborate with editors and designers to create bestâinâclass episodes, trailers, and social clips
- Drive episode performance using analytics, feedback loops, and constant testing

- Confident briefing editors/designers and giving sharp feedback
- Experience managing a content or podcast calendar
- Can track performance and iterate quickly
Weâll get on if you:
- Default to action, not excuses
