🎯 About 7xContent

7xContent is a specialist podcast production agency helping Creators, CEOs, and Brands launch and grow world-class shows.

We produce social-first podcasts that build huge audiences across YouTube, audio, and social, working with global brands like Red Bull, bestselling authors like Ramit Sethi, and high-growth businesses like Kit.

We’re lean, creative, and obsessed with quality — and we’re building the go-to agency for the world’s best podcasts. Now we’re looking for an elite operator to help us scale.

🚀 Your Mission

Make our systems bulletproof.

Free the Founder to focus on growth.

Empower a world-class creative team to do the best work of their careers.

Own operations, end-to-end.

🧩 What You’ll Own

✅ 1. Operational Excellence

  • Own all SOPs, client onboarding, delivery systems, and reporting rhythms
  • Build our weekly delivery machine: simple, repeatable, high-quality
  • Run smooth onboarding → weekly management → offboarding
  • Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and speed

✅ 2. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Manage our producers, editors, and designers with clarity and energy
  • Lead weekly huddles, masterminds, and 1:1s
  • Set clear KPIs, coach the team, and unlock performance
  • Own culture: ensure the team is tight, focused, and engaged

✅ 3. Finance & Margins

  • Track client-level costs and margins
  • Spot risks, optimise resources, and help us hit profit targets
  • Flag issues early, and drive accountability across the team

✅ 4. Hiring & People Ops

  • Run hiring plans, job specs, interviews, and onboarding
  • Document roles, values, responsibilities, and org structure
  • Protect and evolve our high-performance culture

✅ 5. Leadership & Autonomy

  • Spot problems early. Don’t wait to be asked.
  • Bring solutions, not questions.
  • Lead quarterly planning and team meetups
  • Be the engine behind clarity, speed, and follow-through

🧠 You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 4+ years in COO, project management or production leadership, ideally in a creative, media, or agency environment
  • Are obsessed with systems, checklists, and turning chaos into clarity
  • Have managed remote creative teams and driven high performance
  • Love documenting and optimising how things get done
  • Are resourceful — if something’s broken, you fix it
  • Communicate clearly, especially in writing
  • Thrive in a fast-growing, founder-led company with high standards
  • Care about building something with meaning — not just clocking in

⚠️ This Is Not for You If:

  • You want an easy ride or low-stakes job
  • You wait to be told what to do, rather than taking initiative
  • You need office structure to thrive — we’re remote-first
  • You shy away from difficult conversations or giving feedback
  • You aren’t excited by pace, responsibility, and ownership

✅ What You’ll Get From Us:

  • Exciting role owning operations at one of the UK’s most respected podcast agencies
  • Work directly with the founder and shape the future of a growing business
  • Huge opportunity to grow personally & develop in the role role over time
  • Flexible working, great team culture, and creative freedom
  • An exceptional team of producers, editors, and creators
  • The opportunity to create work seen by millions

🏗️ In Your First 90 Days, You Might:

  • Audit our SOPs and delivery documentation from the ground up
  • Project manage the onboarding and launch of 2x new podcast clients
  • Improve our weekly meetings and team rhythms
  • Deliver a full operational audit — what’s working, what’s not, what to fix
  • Take ownership of client-level reporting, capacity tracking, and team 1-2-s

🎯 How to Apply

We’re looking for people who can think and execute — and love what they do.
