🧩 What You’ll Own
✅ 1. Operational Excellence
- Own all SOPs, client onboarding, delivery systems, and reporting rhythms
- Build our weekly delivery machine: simple, repeatable, high-quality
- Run smooth onboarding → weekly management → offboarding
- Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and speed
✅ 2. Team Leadership & Performance
- Manage our producers, editors, and designers with clarity and energy
- Lead weekly huddles, masterminds, and 1:1s
- Set clear KPIs, coach the team, and unlock performance
- Own culture: ensure the team is tight, focused, and engaged
✅ 3. Finance & Margins
- Track client-level costs and margins
- Spot risks, optimise resources, and help us hit profit targets
- Flag issues early, and drive accountability across the team
✅ 4. Hiring & People Ops
- Run hiring plans, job specs, interviews, and onboarding
- Document roles, values, responsibilities, and org structure
- Protect and evolve our high-performance culture
✅ 5. Leadership & Autonomy
- Spot problems early. Don’t wait to be asked.
