We’re looking for someone who loves YouTube and Podcasts.
The perfect candidate will be adept at growing video Podcasts and have a deep understanding of what drives social algorithms and makes audiences engage with content.
This is a pivotal role for us.
You will lead on the strategy and development for 1 – 2 leading business podcasts.
Our team of killer content producers work with a select group of Podcasts to grow their YouTube channels:
• The High Performance Podcast (leading sports podcast)
• Fearne Cotton's Happy Place (leading wellness podcast)
• Multiple Leading business podcasts
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the Content Strategy for our video Podcasts
- Generating proven episode ideas and briefs
- Creating clickable Titles & Thumbnails for Episodes
- Working with the Podcast Video editors on episode edits, trailers and clips
- Working with the graphic designer to ensure highly clickable thumbnails
- A/B testing thumbnails on YouTube & via paid media strategies
- Scheduling, Posting and Managing content on Channels
- Community building and comment engagement
Critical skills:
- Bringing the clients vision to life and pushing them to make something great
- Evaluating content performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Data analysis of episode performance
- Making data driven recommendations to improve key metrics
The ideal candidate should:
- Be YouTube/Content Obsessed
- Be data driven & analytical
- Be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Be creative, experimental, curious and willing to learn
- Be comfortable managing more than 1 client at once
- Default to believing all problems are solvable
- Be resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiative
- Be an effective communicator
