We’re looking for a Production Technician to join our Production team, supporting the build, preparation, and movement of 7thSense hardware systems. This is a hands‑on role based in a busy production environment, contributing directly to the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our product output. Your work helps ensure that every unit leaving the Production department meets our standards of reliability, performance, and attention to detail.

From the start, your focus will be in the following areas:
- Product Assembly & Build: Assemble and deploy 7thSense products in line with company standards and approved production documentation. You will follow established processes to ensure every unit is produced with accuracy, consistency, and full compliance. Maintaining a clean and well‑organised workspace is essential, supporting both safety and efficient workflow.
- Incoming Shipment Processing: Booking in all incoming shipments, ensuring that every item is accurately logged and verified. This includes checking delivered components against purchase orders and promptly reporting discrepancies. Working closely with the Production and Operations teams, you will help maintain complete and reliable receiving records.
- Stock Management: Performing regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels remain accurate. You will process stock movements within the internal company database and contribute to keeping the stock area organised and efficient, supporting smooth production operations.
- RMA Intake & Processing: Handle the intake of RMAs by receiving and logging returned units according to internal procedures, including photographing, unpacking, and preparing units for engineering assessment. You will also perform basic setup and health checks to support troubleshooting and onward processing of returned equipment.
- Outbound Shipments: Preparing units for dispatch by packaging products appropriately, booking couriers, and completing any required shipping documentation. Ensuring that orders leave the building in a timely, accurate, and professional manner is a key part of this responsibility.
Who You Are
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Hands‑on experience with computer hardware.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain accurate records, and logically problem‑solve.
- Comfortable working independently or in a small team environment.
Bonus “geek” points for the following:
- Experience building and optimising high-performance PCs.
- A solid understanding of audio‑visual hardware, signal flow, and end‑to‑end system chains.
- Understanding of network basics.
- Knowledge of video standards.
