We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented. It is a 6‑hour weekly job. Duties can be completed on any day of the week, either early mornings or evenings. The ideal person should be trustworthy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO SITES TO BE CLEANED:
- Huddersfield HD1 – 2 x 2 hour weekly clean (4 hours per week in total)
- Cleckheaton BD19 – 1 x 2 hour weekly clean (2 hours per week in total)
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory.
