ServiceNow Platform Owner
We are looking for a senior ServiceNow Platform Owner to join a leading EMEA technology organisation and take full strategic ownership of the ServiceNow Now Platform across multiple countries.
This is a high-impact, business-facing role , not a hands-on technical position. You will own the platform vision, capability roadmap, operating model, governance framework and financial oversight, working at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery.
The Role
As Platform Owner, you will be the senior accountable lead for how ServiceNow is used, governed and continuously evolved across the EMEA organisation . You will set direction, shape investment priorities, manage vendor and partner relationships, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business value. Technical delivery and architectural governance are delegated to a Platform Architect and engineering team, your focus is strategy, stakeholder leadership and outcomes.
