We are seeking a Lead IT Application Owner spanning Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and Shield for one of our key telecom clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, governance, and integration architecture, and is ideal for someone with deep Salesforce expertise who thrives on defining standards, driving innovation, and delivering platform excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle and technical strategy of the Salesforce Experience Cloud, MuleSoft integration layer, and Salesforce Shield security framework.
- Define and maintain robust API contracts to guarantee seamless, consistent, and stable integrations with other systems.
- Establish and oversee best practices for platform architecture, software development, delivery, and deployment in close alignment with CI/CD teams.
- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce high-quality engineering practices across development teams.
- Ensure ongoing platform compliance through security updates, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Define and maintain technical standards and development guidelines for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, security leads, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with strategic goals.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as the go-to expert for application performance, scalability, and stability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Shield.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems and related integrations.
- Hands-on experience with APEX and Salesforce development principles.
- Strong background in software development best practices and code quality assurance.
- Proven ability to define technical guidelines and enforce governance across cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and software lifecycle management.
- Salesforce certifications in Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or Shield or a proven track record delivering complex implementations across these technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
