7N is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a hands-on Business Systems Administrator as the primary IT presence in their UK office. This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You will own the local IT environment, ensure a seamless end-user experience, and act as the bridge between the UK business and a global IT setup - with a critical role in an upcoming office relocation.
Your impact
- Own and optimise the local IT setup (network, Wi-Fi, firewalls, endpoints)
- Lead IT readiness for a full office relocation (infrastructure, deployment, vendors)
- Deliver high-quality onsite support to ~25–35 users
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment and user lifecycle
- Act as the UK IT lead, connecting local needs with global standards
- Drive improvements across device management, security, and scalability
What you bring
- 4–7 years’ experience across IT support, systems, or infrastructure
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows expertise
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
