We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Business Support Executive to join our team. We are seeking a proactive, commercially focused Sales & Business Support Executive to support growth across two complementary businesses: Torney and Seven Bespoke Joinery. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys generating opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting business development across both public and private sector markets. You will work closely with senior leadership teams and play a key role in shaping sales activity, processes, and performance.

- Seven Bespoke Joinery: A specialist joinery and cabinetry business delivering high-quality bespoke solutions to domestic and commercial clients across the UK. From design through manufacture and installation, the team combines skilled craftsmanship with modern CNC technology to produce tailored joinery projects. Seven Bespoke Joinery prides itself on quality, attention to detail, and strong client relationships.
- Torney: A UK-wide construction health and safety consultancy supporting clients to create safe, compliant, and efficient working environments. Torney provides practical, tailored services including health and safety advice, CDM support, site inspections and audits, training, risk assessments, method statements, and accident investigation. The business works closely with clients across the construction and built environment sectors to deliver compliant, real-world solutions.
About the Sales & Business Support Executive role:
The role spans both businesses and combines sales generation, public sector framework and tender support, CRM management, and wider business development activity. You will be instrumental in helping both companies increase market presence, secure new work, and strengthen client relationships.
Main responsibilities of the Sales & Business Support Executive include:
- Seven Bespoke Joinery: Actively generate and follow up on sales leads, including architects, contractors, interior designers, and private clients. Source and secure acceptance onto Public Sector frameworks and assist with DPS tender opportunities. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows as required. Provide after-sales support, including surveys, customer feedback, and liaison with the operational team. Focus on building relationships with local businesses. Provide monthly sales and marketing feedback for board meeting presentations. Support pricing, quotations, and general administrative requirements.
- Torney: Source and secure acceptance onto Public Sector frameworks and assist with DPS tender opportunities. Generate sales and support growth within commercial EPC markets and fire door inspection markets. Organise and manage structured monthly sales meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking. Manage, maintain, and report on the CRM system. Chase outstanding quotations and record feedback on unsuccessful bids. Broaden awareness of who we are and what we do locally, including engagement with local authorities and parish councils. Review competitor activity and identify potential improvements and opportunities. Provide monthly sales feedback for inclusion in board packs.
