We have an exciting opportunity available for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. 7formation is a rapidly expanding nationwide construction and fit out company dedicated to excellence, innovation, and growth. We work with clients such as Next, Adidas, DFS, Travis Perkins to name but a few!
The Warehouse Supervisor role: As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be passionate about your work, and someone who genuinely cares about maintaining high standards, both in stock management and the appearance of the workplace.
Main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include:
- Stock Management: Oversee all stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock to Projects. Ensure accurate stock records and regular stock takes.
- Deliveries In and Out: Organise and manage all incoming deliveries — check quality, quantity, and condition against delivery notes. Oversee order picking for outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Warehouse Standards: Must have experience in B2B Pallet and Parcel distribution networks. Must have experience in Hub & Spoke post code, day 1 for day 2 distribution principles.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of stock movements, deliveries, safety checks, and maintenance activities.
