We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Organic Social Media Executive to help drive engagement, audience growth and brand awareness across our social channels.

The Role

You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling and publishing engaging organic content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, helping to showcase our incredible prizes, winner stories, behind-the-scenes content and brand campaigns. Working closely with our Content Manager, Videographers, Designers and Paid Media team, you'll help maximise the performance of our social channels through a combination of organic content, boosted posts and influencer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a love for the performance car industry, understands what makes content perform, and wants to play a key role in the growth of one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions and platform-specific copy.
  • Create and maintain content calendars aligned with business KPIs.
  • Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
  • Identify trending topics, sounds, formats and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Support live winner announcements, launches and major campaigns across social channels.
  • Track and report on content performance, engagement and audience growth.

Paid Social Support

  • Create and manage boosted post campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to identify high-performing organic content suitable for promotion.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and insights.
