7 Days has built something remarkable, a raffle platform that doesn’t just sell tickets, it changes lives. A family wins a house. Someone who’s been juggling three jobs suddenly has breathing room. A couple who couldn’t get a mortgage are handed the keys. That story is powerful. But we haven’t been telling it well enough, and we haven’t built a true home for the people it resonates with most. Different audiences come to 7 Days for different reasons. Some for the thrill. Others because a win would genuinely change their life. A growing part of our audience, particularly those engaging with our house raffles, are looking for something deeper. They’re not driven by urgency or discounts. They’re driven by belief, trust, and connection. This role exists to build that connection.

A Facebook Group that is warm, purposeful, and grounded in a single idea: “Changing Ordinary Lives”. Not a sales channel. A community with a heartbeat.

The Role

You will own the 7 Days Facebook community from the ground up. That means building it, shaping its culture, and keeping it alive with content, conversation, and care. You’ll be the human face of 7 Days to our most emotionally invested audience. This isn’t a scheduling role. This is storytelling, relationship-building, and community architecture, driven by a genuine belief that ordinary people deserve extraordinary moments.

What you’ll do

  • Build the Community
    • Launch and grow the 7 Days Dream Home Facebook Group with a clear identity rooted in Changing Ordinary Lives
    • Define the community’s tone, norms, and content pillars — and protect them
    • Create an onboarding experience that makes new members feel like they belong from day one.
  • Tell the Stories
    • Find, develop, and share winner stories, real people, real moments, real transformation
    • Turn those stories into content that inspires belief, not just clicks
    • Build a library of authentic, human content that doesn’t feel like marketing, even when it is
  • Keep the Community Alive
    • Post daily: conversation starters, winner stories, behind-the-scenes, and community moments
    • Respond to comments and messages in a warm, human voice
    • Identify and nurture superfans, people who naturally bring energy to the group
    • Run engagement moments: polls, challenges, AMAs, live draws
  • Connect Community to Commercial
    • Align community activity with raffle launches and key moments
    • Feed insight back into marketing, product, and CRM teams
    • Help the team understand what drives trust, retention, and long-term engagement across different audience types

Who you are

  • You don’t need experience in raffles, but you do need to bring:
  • A natural warmth and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and life stages
  • Proven experience building or managing a Facebook Group (not just a page)
  • Strong storytelling instinct, you can turn real moments into content people care about
  • An understanding of emotionally-driven audiences, what builds trust, what creates belonging, and what keeps people coming back
  • The self-discipline to show up consistently, even when things are quiet
  • Comfort working remotely and autonomously, while staying aligned with a wider team

What we offer

  • The chance to build something from nothing, with real purpose behind it
  • A remote-first role with flexibility. There could be some in-person collaboration days.
  • 25 days Annual Leave + bank holidays
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme with matched contributions
