We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Organic Social Media Executive to help drive engagement, audience growth and brand awareness across our social channels.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling and publishing engaging organic content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, helping to showcase our incredible prizes, winner stories, behind‑the‑scenes content and brand campaigns. Working closely with our Content Manager, Videographers, Designers and Paid Media team, you’ll help maximise the performance of our social channels through a combination of organic content, boosted posts and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media
- Plan, schedule and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Write engaging captions and platform‑specific copy.
- Create and maintain content calendars aligned with business KPIs.
- Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Support live winner announcements, launches and major campaigns across social channels.
- Track and report on content performance, engagement and audience growth.
- Paid Social Support
- Create and manage boosted post campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to maximise engagement and reach.
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to identify high‑performing organic content suitable for promotion.
- Assist with campaign reporting and insights.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Research and identify influencers, creators and brand ambassadors aligned with the 7days Performance audience.
- Coordinate content delivery, approvals and campaign execution.
- Track influencer performance.
- Develop long‑term creator partnerships that support brand growth.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 1+ years’ experience in a social media, digital marketing or content role.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using social media scheduling and management tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for cars, content, social media trends and digital culture.
Desirable
- Experience running boosted posts or paid social campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers or creator collaborations.
- Experience using Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content creation tools.
- Previous experience in an e‑commerce, entertainment, sports, automotive or consumer‑facing brand.
