  • Own account profitability, revenue targets and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop budgets, timing plans, and scopes of work, having hands on management of all activities, ensuring the timely delivery of services and assets to clients, resolving any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust.
  • Build on this understanding of client requirements and needs to offer proactive ideas and solutions, generating delivery against their needs to drive new business and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Leading your Account Management team, fostering their growth and development through consistent mentorship, structured development planning and regular reviews.
  • Be the voice of the client internally across our other departments to help us not only act in the best way for them, but to also foster the best possible integrated approach for our clients.
  • Work with our senior team to support new business and growth initiatives as they appear.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating at Account Director level, ideally from within a content and/or BTL communications agency.
  • Significant and extensive experience in professional client relationship management, with demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record delivering fully integrated campaign content across multiple channels including digital, social and print.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing and supporting direct reports to foster a high-performing team.

  • A reliable, friendly colleague and inspiring member of the team.
  • Positive always, with the ability to rise above any setbacks.
  • Confident to admit when something isn’t working, come up with ideas and make changes for the better.
  • Keen to develop themselves, share what you learn and use new knowledge to make things better.
  • Self-aware, decent and considerate, able to diffuse situations and can work well with different characters under pressure.

WHAT YOU’LL GET
