The Role
Top performers can earn £10K+/monthly. We are looking for a highly driven, hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face-to-face prospecting across Glasgow. This is not a passive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation (90%)
- Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily.
- Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow.
- Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services.
- Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups.
- Report weekly performance and pipeline progress.
Targets & Expectations
- High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day).
- Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in-person).
- Weekly meeting and revenue targets.
- Strong closing performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience (B2B only).
- Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing or web services sales.
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of: SEO, Paid Ads (Google/Meta), Websites / WordPress / Ecommerce, Social media marketing.
