The Project Admin Support role reporting to the General Manager is a fast-paced, ever-changing position, often requiring the ability to multi-task and operate to tight time constraints. We are seeking someone who is committed and able to contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the delivery team.

- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays & 5 ME days, applicable after completion of 6-month notice period
Typical Daily Duties
- Using our OfficeNet software, updating & managing information on that system on a regular basis
- Monitoring and updating sub-contractor documentation – liaising with contractors ensuring we have required documentation
- Carrying out various procedures such as obtaining security clearance for company operatives
- Assisting the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Monitoring and updating H&S records
- Answer incoming telephone calls, field and distribute as required
- Take delivery of and issue post daily as well as welcoming any visitors to the 79 offices
