The Project Admin Support role reporting to the General Manager is a fast-paced, ever-changing position, often requiring the ability to multi-task and operate to tight time constraints. We are seeking someone who is committed and able to contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the delivery team.

  • Salary £ TBC subject to experience
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays & 5 ME days, applicable after completion of 6-month notice period

Typical Daily Duties

  • Using our OfficeNet software, updating and managing information on that system on a regular basis
  • Monitoring and updating sub-contractor documentation – liaising with contractors ensuring we have required documentation
  • Carrying out various procedures such as obtaining security clearance for company operatives
  • Assisting the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Monitoring and updating H&S records
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, fielding and distributing as required
  • Taking delivery of and issuing post daily as well as welcoming any visitors to the offices
