We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Account Manager.
Requirements Overview:
- Responsible for self-generating and closing new business opportunities, driving sales growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background at an MSP, selling IT Solutions, Cloud, Telecoms and Support/IT Management Contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must.
Duties:
- Identify and prospect potential new clients through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the client businesses.
- Collaborate with our technical team on suitable solutions.
- Present product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on generating new business.
- Strong IT/MSP selling background.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
Required Experience:
- Account management: 3 years (Minimum)
- New Business Sales: 3 years (Minimum)
