Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter (KP) to join our kitchen team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting chefs with basic food preparation and ensuring all kitchen areas meet hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations.

Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the chefs.

Receive and store deliveries following food safety procedures.

Dispose of waste and recycling safely and efficiently.

Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed.

Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.

Help maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Requirements Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
