You’ll be joining La Vie at an exciting moment in our UK journey, working closely with our UK Retail Lead and wider team to build strong foundations and scale fast. And yes… you’ll be one of a small, mighty UK team — so your impact will be huge.
Your Mission
- Grow & Support Key Grocery Accounts
- You’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day management and growth of La Vie across UK grocery.
- Manage a portfolio of regional wholesalers, owning relationships, execution, and performance.
- Support the UK Retail Lead on key national grocery accounts including Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Ocado — with a clear pathway to future account ownership.
- Help prepare and deliver customer meetings, reviews, and joint plans that drive distribution, rate of sale, and long-term growth.
- Be a Data-Driven Decision Maker
- You’ll be at the heart of turning data into action.
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to support decision-making across the grocery channel and beyond.
- Track and manage promotional spend, promotional activity, and EPOS performance across accounts.
- Continually review brand and SKU performance, using data sources such as IRI, Dunnhumby, and SIP to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support wider grocery strategy by sharing insights and recommendations with the UK Retail Lead and wider team.
- Execute Brilliantly In-Store & Online
- You’ll help make sure La Vie shows up brilliantly wherever shoppers find us.
- Set up and manage product listings, promotions, and the product catalogue across accounts.
- Track execution to ensure promotions land on time and perform as expected.
- Support new launches and range changes, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate Across the Business
- At La Vie, no one works in silos — and neither will you.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Operations to support account needs and business priorities.
- Provide ad-hoc support across OOH and Manufacturing projects, gaining exposure beyond grocery and helping the wider UK business thrive.
- Be a proactive team player — always ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Preferred Experience
- Degree educated, with 1+ year FMCG sales experience (grocery, wholesale, or related channels).
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Confident using data and analytics to spot trends and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting internally and externally.
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- A driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset — curious, enthusiastic, and ready to grow.
