POSITION SUMMARY

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will learn and develop while helping maintain the standards and creativity that define our menus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
