POSITION SUMMARYAs a bartender, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding service, and creating a lively, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, and engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering a welcoming and personalised experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar, ensuring all bar operations run smoothly.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards while consistently delivering drinks of the highest quality.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with ordering and inventory control.
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar menu and service.
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, quality-focused venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- A passion for mixology, creativity, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests confidently.
