We are looking for a warm, charismatic, and highly organised host/hostess to be the face of our front-of-house team.

This beautifully designed space will offer an exceptional dining experience, combining high-quality cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a host/hostess, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth, well-coordinated dining experience. You will manage reservations, oversee table allocations, and provide a friendly and professional service at all times.

We are looking for someone with a natural ability to make guests feel special, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimise seating and service flow.
  • Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth table turnover and minimise wait times.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, venue, and any special requests.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance, upholding high hospitality standards.
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests with confidence and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organised entrance and waiting area.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience as a host, receptionist, or in a front-of-house hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage reservations and guest flow.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination with front-of-house and management teams.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
